While Daddy was on the road, Aunt Linda and I decided to take the kids to Starlight Theater to see their first musical production. Starlight is a Kilgore family tradition. We had season tickets every year growing up and we loved getting dressed up for the night out under the stars! Plus Dippin' Dots of course:).
Little Mermaid was playing and it was adorable. Both of the kids love the music from the movie and Sadie's favorite princess is Ariel as much as I try to get her to love Belle:). The kids loved it and had so much fun at the Before Party. The only downside was when Joshua accidentally choked on his water and spit it out on front of the woman who had not been super friendly to begin with that evening. Yep. Parenting humbles you! I tried to make up for it by offering to buy her a drink or snacks at Intermission and that eased some of the nastiness. Augh!
Anyway, can't wait to go back and so happy Aunt Linda was able to come play with us!!
