As summer's end rapidly approaches, the Milnes' clan decided we are not going to go out without some fun! I LOVE entertaining and I love putting together parties! So Joshua and I decided to through an "End of the Summer Water Party" last week. We made a bunch of homemade chocolate chip banana muffins for breakfast, set up the baby pool, water table, slip and slid and of course a sprinkler! So many options! For a fun treat, we decided the kids could dip ice cream sandwiches in sprinkles...thank you Parent Magazine for the cute idea!
We did it on a gorgeous Monday morning, not too hot, not too cold. It was so fun because we invited my friends from high school, college, and present. Think we had a total of 21 kiddos...yea summer! Loved seeing so many people I love from over the years:)! It was a fabulous turn out, ran pretty smoothly, and the kids played so well together!
The swing set was pretty popular the whole time

The never ending slip and slide line- Joshua bringing up the back with Jack, Molly, Avery, Carson, and I think that's Landon in the hat, or is it Cooper?:)
Sadie was not in the best spirits. She does not like to be hot. Does not like walking in grass. And did not like that Mama kept putting her down so can you see her need for multiple fixes?? Binky, sippie, and a muffin?
This crew loved swinging on the swing set and singing to the moms. Oh the preschool age! By the way, last time I had a picture of Molly and Joshua sitting next to each other they were just over one:(. Think I blogged about it a long time ago. Look how much they've grown!!!
