Any one who knows me, knows that I am a sucker for constantly taking pictures and videos. I am my father's daughter. I LOVE PICTURES and I LOVE RECORDING MOMENTS that seem so simple now, but years from now will make me miss these times so, so much!!
I think I've decided to try and get the kids pictures done two times a year because this time goes so fast and I want to remember how stinking cute they were so that when they are teenagers I won't go mad:). Seriously, pictures are one thing I am willing to invest in and since reading the Huffington Post article, "The Mom Stays in the Pictures", I think Art and I will be joining them more often.
So hear are some we had done this summer by Nicki Griffith Photography. She does little mini sessions that allow you to a half hour of her time and a CD with some images on it. Didn't they turn out fabulous?! Highly recommend her! Sadie was not herself that day, but the ones Nicki did get were so good! Her studio was a loft downtown that overlooks train tracks so you know who was more than fine having his pic taken:). Oh and if you want another "Mom Stays in the Pictures" kinda blog entry, go to Nicki's blog and read about her friend that is connected to the article. Wow. I got several pics this weekend with me in the scene after reading it!! Grab a box of kleenex!!
