Joshua is still so, so good with her and we could not be happier! We are still working on the soft touch with babies, but there has been no jealously whatsoever. Now, he has taken it out attitude wise with Dad and Mom, but we will take that any day over him having an issue with her. He has started to do a bit of lying as well as talking back which we are not happy about, but we will get there. A common lie is that he claims he washed his hands or has gone potty when he in fact did not. As for talking back, we are getting a lot of "No's!" when he is instructed to do something. He told me "no" today quite passionately after I asked him to close the back door. I promptly carried him to time out without saying a word. The whole way there he shouted, "I said NOAH not NO! I said NOAH not NO!" Nice. At least it is reaching him at some level.
Here's a couple of pics from the last few weeks. I'm amazed at how many fewer pictures we have taken with the second! Makes me sad!! I have got to get better!!! Stay tuned soon because I plan to post some professional ones that one of my girl friends took in the next few days:).
MMMM! Blueberry muffins!

Big brother and baby sister!

Joshua's first REAL haircut....Art protested enough with his son's long locks. Mommy's cuts weren't doing it so we compromised on this for the time being. Mommy is missing his Matthew McConaughey look but it will be back in time for Easter pics:). Thanks Shear Madness for the kid friendly salon! He loved it!
Hi Friends!!
She's so alert already. We can't get over how much she looks like Joshua too.:)

Little hands! Love the details!

One of her first baths home

We are so proud. He did this while I was cleaning today. Got into Sadie's closet and started trying on her clothes. I think the skull and bones shirt accentuates the pink onsie quite well.

Caught on camera- Sadie smiling and a little laugh while dozing off
