Fire and Art= Water Fire on the Plaza!

The longer we live in Kansas City, the more we realize how many unique and fun events there are to celebrate the arts.  Waterfire is just one example.  An international artist picked Kansas City's Brush Creek on the Plaza to be his canvas.  Fires are lit along the creek, local musicians perform as they ride boats, and theatrical acts are performed from the bridges (like acrobats).  It is really, really neat.  Joshua and I love to lay a blanket down and relax.  I think it may stress Daddy out a bit though and Sadie is petrified.  So 50% satisfaction is pretty good in my opinion!
