You have to love the first trip of the summer! Regardless of age, I think we all revert back to being kids with the excitement of it all. Who doesn't love to get out of town? 'Tis the season and we headed to Dallas to visit Grandpa Cal and Grandma Katy for our first summer trip. Sadie got to experience her first plane ride (she was fabulous!) and Joshua was able to experience a ride with Dramamine:). This settled his tummy which eased his fears that he would not get sick after our last Texas trip. Lol!
It was a perfectly relaxing weekend with some of our favorite people. Joshua loved going to check out a solar paneled tornado alarm with Grandpa and Sadie loved telling Grandma some stories. Both kids loved going to their neighborhood pool . Sadie had her first pool experience and Joshua showed off some new skills....he learned how to float on his own...with a life jacket....but whose keeping track:).
