Catching up...

So we need to post some pics to catch us up from the last month, especially since we will be posting LOTS more with the upcoming wedding next week! Hard to believe only a week until my baby brother has a wife...scary! :) No, Art and I are so excited to gain another sister-in-law and celebrate the newlyweds:)!

So new news....hmmm....Joshua has been sick with a lung infection for a couple of weeks now as well as some nasty allergies. Although it has gone a way thanks to antibiotics and breathing treatments, we found out today that he has a double ear infection. Bummer! He's in great spirits though. Art and I have both celebrated the soon-to-be newlyweds bachelor and bachelorette parties and spent a week trying to get back to normal after that! What happened to us?! Participated in several fun bridal showers. Finished remodeling the kitchen...thank goodness! And we LOVE it!! Are loving to hear some of Joshua's new phrases, "Remember?" "Really?" (said with a very sarcastic tone and sometimes he throws his name in it too...."Really Joshua?" or "Really Mommy?") He hates any kind of dirt or uncleanliness. He loves being outside in the nice weather. Is dying to hold a real baby and will try his best to get his hands on one if they are any where near him...it's a problem and we are not kidding! Loves to have dance parties with Dad and Mom. And so much more!

Uncle Mike and Aunt Krista joined us for a few days in early April. Joshua LOVED the company. He is now obsessed with Mike and draws many pictures of him during his daily activities...they are quite accurate as you can imagine:)

Our St. Gerard's Playgroup headed to the fire station for a field trip. If you could have only seen the awe of this little boy. He LOVES anything with a siren and even got to sit in a fire truck for a bit. He's in the orange shirt, smack in the front, not going where he is supposed to go if you can find him! Ha!
